I’ve been using lotto.com and, my gut says it’s a solid service. It’s easy to use and everything works the way I’d expect. The only thing that bugs me a bit is the number of marketing emails and texts, they come in a little more often than I’d like. It’s not a huge deal, just feels like they could dial it back. Overall though, I still think it’s good.

lotto is simple to use for the most part. I found the games quickly, picked my numbers without much hassle, and the site wasn’t overly confusing. That said, a few pages loaded slower than I expected, and after I bought my ticket, I wasn’t always sure where to go to double-check certain details. They make it sound like everything is super clear and seamless, but some of those promises feel a bit vague once you’re actually using it. It works fine overall, but it could definitely be smoother and more upfront about where to find things

I’ve been using the spending limits and reminders, and they’ve helped me avoid going overboard. It’s nice having that extra nudge before I spend too much. The only thing is that it took me a little while to figure out where the settings were, so I wish that part was a bit clearer.

I don’t know what happened, but my digital ticket never showed up when I needed it. I feel like if I paid for it online, it should just be there, right? Tried to access it again and still couldn’t, so it was frustrating.

I’m always a little paranoid with money stuff online though, so there’s that. The main thing I kept thinking was, wait, where exactly are the tickets stored? And what happens if someone actually wins big? Like, do they contact you right away, is there extra verification, how does all that work? Also, I’d like a little more explanation about how my personal info is protected. Maybe it’s all there somewhere and I just missed it, but it didn’t feel super obvious. Nothing bad has happened, and I’ll probably keep using it, but I can’t quite give it 5 stars yet. It works fine, just leaves me with a few “hmm, hope this is all secure” thoughts.

lotto.com is fine, like it does what it says mostly, but I ended up giving it 3 stars because the state coverage thing is kind of a big deal.

If you’re in a state they support, then yeah, it works alright and is simple enough. But I tried to use it while I was traveling and then found out nope, not available there, which was a little annoying honestly.

So I wouldn’t say it’s a bad site or anything like that. It just feels limited right now, and it would be way better if they added more states so you don’t have to check every time before even using it.

I’m not sure what’s going on, but the app keeps saying I’m out of state even when I’m sitting at home. From my experience, it feels like the location tracking just isn’t reading my address correctly.

I mostly use lotto.com just to, you know, keep track of my tickets and see the draw results without having to dig around. The notifications usually come in quick after the drawing, which is the main thing I care about.
There were maybe one or two times where it felt a little late, but, like, not enough for me to really be annoyed by it. The app is simple enough, and I don’t have to go searching all over the place for the numbers...

I reached out to support a few times and never got a response. that’s disappointing and makes the service feel not worth the hassle if you ever need help

I checked the jackpot amounts a few different times and they always matched what I ended up seeing later. the info was right, my only problem was my usual bad timing when it came to actually playing.
